Inform Florida, formerly the Florida Alliance of Information & Referral Services (FLAIRS), is an independent state affiliate of Inform USA, formerly the Alliance of Information & Referral Systems (AIRS).

Members of Inform Florida include United Ways, crisis hotlines, state health and human service agencies, senior helplines, 211 centers, and others who provide hotline and information services.

A single integrated membership structure provides automatic membership to both Inform USA and Inform Florida. The membership fee is split between Inform USA and the state affiliate. Inform USA has 3 levels of membership. For most organizations, Premium Membership provides the best combination of benefits and cost savings throughout the year.
